Important Concepts

We intend to explain some concepts used in this Policy in a simplified manner:

  • Personal details such as name, age, date of birth, passport, driver's license etc.;
  • Contact details including email, telephone number and address;
  • Qualifications, including professional development, training, certifications and professional qualifications;
  • Information contained in your CV and/or cover letter; Job titles and company;
    Possibly photos and social media account details;

In relation to your device, your browser and the way you browse the content of our website, we may collect: IP address; geographic location (country only); preferred language used for display; date and time of access to the website; hyperlinks used; information about the types of devices used. We will use this information to administer the website and for system administration purposes and will keep it at an aggregate level (the information will identify the person to whom it relates).

In addition, the information will be used for analytics and statistics on user behavior, helping to make decisions related to the content and services offered to improve our website and provide users with a better browsing experience.

We will also process the results generated in the course of our selection process, including all information obtained through questionnaires, surveys, interviews and calls (which may be recorded), assessments, tests, consultations and any notes generated during the selection process.

Legitimacy of the Treatment

The legitimacy of the data processing derives from the express consent you give us for the processing of your personal data for one or more specific purposes of the website or specific to our services and legitimate interest provided that such interests do not override the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.

Purposes of Processing 

With reference to the processing of personal data collected through access to our website, we will use them to improve your experience by analyzing the behavior of individuals on our website individually and collectively and their preferences.

Furthermore, we would like to inform you that, in some cases, the purpose of processing your personal data in the course of the application is to find the ideal candidate for a third party position. Therefore, after having determined the most ideal candidate(s), the purpose will be to transfer your contact information to the relevant third party in order to contact them and establish a possible employment relationship with the user personally.

Data Retention Time 

Generally, we will not retain your personal data for longer than is necessary for the purposes mentioned above. For our newsletter, we will retain your data until such time as you indicate that you wish to withdraw your consent by unsubscribing.

In reference to your personal data for applications and your CV, we will retain this data for a maximum period of one year. At the end of this period, we may contact you via email to ask you if you would like to renew your consent to the processing of your data so that we can consider you for future job advertisements.

As soon as you withdraw your consent or the processing of your data is no longer necessary, we will cease processing your personal data. However, we will retain your data for the applicable legal period only for the formulation, exercise or defense of claims.

Transfer of Data

Apart from the personal data we collect and process in connection with a job opportunity, we will not transfer your personal data to a third party that does not contribute to the purpose for which we process the personal data without your consent (third party suppliers, who perform certain tasks on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions, may have access to the information, to the extent necessary to provide us with their services). However, with respect to any personal data collected and processed in the course of your application for a job advertisement, the position could ultimately be concluded with a third party or with us under an ETT regime and then assigned to a third party. In these cases, through your application, you give us your express consent to share your personal contact information (limited to your basic personal information and contact details) with the relevant third party in order for them to contact you to engage in employment activities.

Finally, we may be required by applicable law to share certain personal data with official authorities, in which case we have to comply and would therefore share the requested personal data as necessary.

Only by accessing our website we do not obtain any personal data that can be used to identify you. However, we do use "cookies". Opposition to receive advertising
